Customer Service Rep- Call Center Inbound / North Phoenix Area
Pay rate $13 - 15/hr DOE
upselling is a must have
Responsible to provide customer base with exceptional customer service and promote products while working under the close supervision of CSR Manager. Generally include answering inbound calls with a high level of professionalism and efficiency, ability to multi task and handle mid-level administrative functions. Answering customer questions, taking orders, up selling the product, etc. Very good phone voice, clear and understandable. 7am to 4 pm.
High School Diploma is required or GED.
The candidate must have at least 2 years of consistent work experience in upselling and/or cross selling. The candidate must have a minimum of one year of consistent work experience in a customer service related capacity and/or one year of professional telephone experience such as call center or receptionist experience.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate a high level of proficiency on Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, word and other programs as necessary. They must also be able to demonstrate their ability to utilize office tools such as a fax, copier, scanner and calculator.
