We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Color Chemicals division in Charlotte, NC.
This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and driving business growth across the market.
The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between our overseas headquarters and the subsidiary.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders to align goals and ensure smooth communication between headquarters and the U.S. team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
