SUMMARY OfficeTeam is seeking candidates for opportunities as a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for well-established companies we are currently working with in and around the Scranton and Wilkes Barre areas. Become an integral part of the team in CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE role as you will be the primary point of contact for customer communications and assist with customers placing high-volume orders and ensure timely response to all incoming calls and orders. This CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE must be success-driven as you will be working in a fast-paced environment and take on many different responsibilities quickly! Put your talents to the test with this CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position immediately by applying today! Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS At least 1+ years' experience in Customer Service and/or related roles Skilled knowledge of customer service practices Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills Understanding ability to interact effectively with internal/external partners and clients/customers Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Must be a reliable and dependable individual!
