In our continued transformation from a real estate company to a customer experience company, we are seeking a Salesforce System Administrator who will be the primary declarative resource for Tanger's Salesforces Sales Cloud org. This position will report directly to the Applications Manager, Leasing with geographic flexibility to work remotely offered by Tanger's hub-and-spoke approach to a modern Teams-driven workplace.
About the Role:
As the Salesforce System Administrator, you will be responsible for platform declarative programming, release management, environment and org strategy, and administration of the Sales Cloud platform. You, in conjunction with our application delivery teams, will own the application software development cycle.

How you will contribute to what we do:
* Work effectively as a Salesforce system administrator:
* Responsible for maintaining and enhancing overall platform health
* Maintain the data and security model and ensures all new development aligns with model
* Collaborate on the org and environment strategy, including refresh cadence
* Develop config solutions in alignment with the overall solution design
* Document all development
* Own release management for delivery team's scheduled releases as well as review and plan for Salesforce tri-annual system upgrades
* Identifie bugs and align with requirements during debugging
* Collaborate with team to resolve application help desk tickets
* Provide estimates on user stories and development tasks during work planning and backlog grooming sessions
* Collaborate with delivery team to manage releases and deployments
* Own application release readiness: review application release notes, evaluate impact to orgs, and coordinate appropriate testing or changes needed prior to release
* Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
* Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable solutions with best practices
* Ensure the best possible quality of the applications
* Engage in continuous learning to stay up to date with new Sales Cloud features and functionality
About You:
* You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or Information Technology or equivalent work experience. You are a current Certified Salesforce Administrator with three (3) plus years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience and at least two (2) years of Lightning administration experience. Relevant experience with commercial real estate organizations is preferred.
* You have a strong background in Lightning Experience and LEX-specific features such as Flow Orchestrator.
* You have hands-on experience in an Agile team - scrum and/or Kanban - and understanding of Agile ceremonies and artifacts.
* You can problem-solve collaboratively with other technical and non-technical team members.
* You have hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
* You are accustomed with debugging and testing work prior to business approval.
* You have experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirement.
