A large food manufacturer located in southern California is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager. Responsibilities:

  • Manager continuous improvement program for company
  • Initiate improvement events
  • Work with the plants on plant level initiatives
  • Report results to senior management
Requirements: •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business •5+ years’ experience in quality systems and continuous improvement management in a food manufacturing facility •USDA background a plus •Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SPC, etc experience Some relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
