Stefanini is looking for a Office Assistant in Oklahoma City, OK (Remote to Start)
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Review and process Purchase Orders from federal government contractors, agencies, resellers, integrators, and distributors, and converting them into Sales Orders, confirming all order details: pricing, contract requirements, equipment, tax exemption, etc. according to documented processes.
Work with Sales Representatives and buyers to correct PO, quote, and order discrepancies before order placement and ensure accurate order entry.
Work as part of a group to ensure that all orders meet our Service Level Agreement (all orders received by 3pm CT are worked same day).
Ensure all orders reach PP (Pre-Production) status in a timely manner.
Work in a variety of tools to achieve above goals.
Computer literacy - MS Office
Digital Communication - email and instant messaging, virtual meetings
Organization and Time Management - much of our work is self-directed
Attention to Detail
Adaptability and Willingness to Learn - our processes are always evolving
Proficiency in Excel
Government contracts experience
Procurement process knowledge
Technology product knowledge
Performance will be measured by:
Accuracy of orders entered is our most important metric.
Efficiency of order placement - orders placed per hour.
Ensuring that orders are completed in a timely manner.
Location: 100% remote at this time. Will eventually be required to go onsite to the OKC location in the future, TBD.
