• Responsible for recruiting talented customer service professionals.
• This is a project based opportunity. Primary Responsibilities
•Develops, designs, and implementation of an effective sourcing and recruiting strategy to fill open requisitions for multiple customer service roles.
•Assesses applicants’ credentials and determines if skills meet the needs of the hiring manager
•Utilizes job fairs, external and internal contacts, community organizations, and internet tools to meet recruiting needs
•Build long-term relationships with past and future candidates.
•Provide weekly updates to management regarding activity and performance.
•Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
•May function as technical or executive specialist sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialized and executive level positions
• Researches talent acquisition trends in respective market.
•All other duties as assigned Required Skills
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Two years in a positon with experience in full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Previous recruiting in a BPO customer service focus industry preferred but not required.
•Effective team members are results-driven and focused on delivering quality results.
• Experience with working in teams a must but more important a candidate should possess the skills necessary to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
•Possess a strong set of communication skills: Excellent verbal and written. Benefits Include
