Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Secret Cleared .Net Developer.
This is a Full-Time 40 HR/week position.
Daily tasks will include a combination of requirements analysis, design, testing, general documentation, and coordinating with other team members, including project management and other developers.
The .NET Developer will be required to estimate, plan, identify risks/issues and execute assigned tasks.
The developer is also expected to be an active member of the team, show initiative to complete assigned tasks with minimal direction, meet or exceed project commitments, and effectively communicate issues and accomplishments to team members and project leads.
Advanced knowledge of the .NET Framework 4.5+ for ASP.NET development
Proficient with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF, Entity Framework
Working knowledge of Object-oriented programming
Experience with relational databases (eg. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, DB2)
Ability to translate functional specifications into technical specifications
Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to effectively communicate with different levels of management as well as the business and technical communities.
Organized, detail oriented, able to work well in client-facing roles
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
Capacity to learn and support new and existing applications.
Ability to develop and maintain documentation for procedures and processes.
Proficiency at working on multiple tasks simultaneously and changing priorities.
Must be able to write clearly and effectively; developers are expected to document his/her work.
Good leadership and communication skills are required along with ability to excel in a team-oriented organization structure.
Must have ability to interact with technical managers and client.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar is required and Security plus certificationMUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DOD CLEARANCE ; this will be verified prior to interview. Therefore, only US Citizens can be considered for this position.
