This position is full-time (40 hours / week). Employees are required to have the ability to work on a flexible schedule during our normal business hours of 7:00am – 9:00pm. Our office is located at 201 North Harrison Street Davenport, IA 52801. The hours during training will be 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

- Performing in-bound and out-bound calls to/from customers including, but not limited to answer questions from customers, calling on aging accounts, fulfillment needs
- Provide exemplary customer service to all customers and caregivers
- Assist customers with questions on billing, shipping, and technical support
- Guide customers to wellness by clearly answering all questions and concerns

- High school diploma / GED (or higher).
- 2+ years of Customer Service/Call Center experience
- 2+ years of experience navigating between multiple systems in Windows PC applications
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) on any 8-hour shift between the hours of operation of 7:00am – 9:00pm
- You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
- Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.
- Active Pharmacy Technician license in Illinois or Iowa
- Healthcare or Pharmacy experience
