Senior Director, Business Development - Intelligence (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

The Senior Director, Business Development (Intelligence) is a trusted member of our growth organization tasked with developing market entry, pursuit, and business strategies designed to expand Parsons' presence in core Intelligence domains (e.g. HUMINT, SIGINT, CYBER, and R&D). This position requires an executive with experience in the Federal marketplace with a specific focus on national level intelligence customers and organizations. The leader will have access to and relationships in targeted organizations (e.g. operations, analysis, and science & technology). Key technology areas of focus include, but are not limited to: cyber intelligence, analytics, collections / processing, tradecraft development, sensors, network operations, critical asset protection, and computer network operations (CNO).

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, build relationships, and qualify opportunities that position Parsons to expand its presence in these critical markets. The individual will be expected to engage in senior level discussions both internal to the company, across industry, and within the customer space. Finally, the successful candidate will be a self-starter, operate independently, and lead matrixed resources in pursuit of corporate and sector strategies.

This position is based in Virginia and primarily supports customers in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Travel may be required to cultivate new and ongoing business endeavors. The successful candidate will work from our offices on classified pursuits and can work from home on unclassified pursuits.

Requirement

* 12+ years of experience supporting national level intelligence agencies focused on HUMINT operations, analysis, cyber, and science & technology

* Must have established relationships in the national security and cyber security market

* 10+ years of diversified business development experience, to include: business development, or capture management; experience in a large business preferred, but not required

* A proven track record of successfully opening doors and building relationships that generate opportunities greater than $100M

* Broad experience working within the IC (HUMINT, SIGINT, and/or Research); experience with the DOD or FBI is also relevant.

* 4-year degree is preferred with a focus in Engineering, Business, Government or related

* Applicants selected for employment will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet additional eligibility requirements for access to classified information or materials.
