Job Description

Lehigh Technical is seeking a Remote Helpdesk & End User Support Technician.

The Technician can sit at a remote location for the near & forseeable future, at a later date the Tech may be asked to being reporting in to the Ridgewood, NJ office.

Scope:
Desired Tech will

  • Remote-In to End Users and assist them with Troubleshooting Tickets

  • Remote-In and assist with Hardware Break Fix

  • Operating System Troubleshooting

  • Network Troubleshoot

  • Hardware Break Fix Skills- (PC, Laptop, Printers , Tablets, Servers)

  • Understanding of complex networking functions and how to satisfy end-user tickets

  • This is a Temp to Hire Opportunity (6 months Temp to Hire)

  • Technician must have ability and structure to be able to work from home, access networks and given software.

  • Technician must be ale to meet ticket metrics and deadlines
