Lehigh Technical is seeking a Remote Helpdesk & End User Support Technician.
The Technician can sit at a remote location for the near & forseeable future, at a later date the Tech may be asked to being reporting in to the Ridgewood, NJ office.
Scope:
Desired Tech will
- Remote-In to End Users and assist them with Troubleshooting Tickets
- Remote-In and assist with Hardware Break Fix
- Operating System Troubleshooting
- Network Troubleshoot
- Hardware Break Fix Skills- (PC, Laptop, Printers , Tablets, Servers)
- Understanding of complex networking functions and how to satisfy end-user tickets
- This is a Temp to Hire Opportunity (6 months Temp to Hire)
- Technician must have ability and structure to be able to work from home, access networks and given software.
- Technician must be ale to meet ticket metrics and deadlines
