Growing packaging manufacturer located in Alsip is looking for a Customer Service Rep.   This position is a long-term contract and they are looking for someone asap.  This role will be processing through emails and entering purchase orders into the system for processing.  There will be some follow up communications with customers.   This position is during the day and ideally looking for someone to work later 1st shift hours or mid-shift(9am-6pm) to help with order overflow.

This is for a large organization that also has the ability to make local decisions-you'd have the best of both worlds! Friendly and fast-paced environment with the ability take initiative and to work on multiple projects. Competitive compensation with medical benefits offered during the contract duration.


  • Previous customer service and order processing experience for a manufacturer
  • Strong Microsoft Office and written communication
  • Data entry experience with entering in purchase orders
  • Organized, ability to multi-task and take initiative
