Based out of Lanham, Maryland, we have completed work in more than 40 states and are proud to say that much of our core management has been with the company for more than
25 years.

As the Project Accountant, you will:

• Create various cost and labor reports for project managers
• Responsible for construction project accounting
• Assist project managers to meet accounting and project deadlines
• Manage project pay applications for multiple clients to ensure timely payments on invoices
• Perform monthly subcontractor invoice payment disbursements, ensuring proper accounting allocations

Job Details

• 5+ years accounting experience in the construction industry.
• Vendor disbursement control.
• Detailed knowledge of job costing.
• Cash flow monitoring.
• Month-end close-out and reconciliation.
• Financial Statement preparation.
• Experience with Timberline software preferred.
