This is a full-time entry-level position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing grain handling, drying, and grain cleaning equipment. Maintenance Mechanics are also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC electrical systems up to 480V, reading schematics, and using electrical testing equipment (Volt-Ohm meter, amp meter, oscilloscope). Our entry-level Maintenance Mechanics will be trained to operate the equipment they maintain. They will use preventative maintenance systems, work order tracking, and learn to procure parts and services. Maintenance Mechanics have the skill and flexibility to work on any equipment within the facility and should have some experience welding and fabricating. They rotate handling off-shift and weekend call-ins with the other mechanics.
