This team has broad knowledge of the business functions to resolve critical and strategic business technology challenges. Delivery of support will be provided through a combination of staff, contractors and vendor managed service agreements. This team is responsible for adherence to Service Level Agreements for Level 2 and 3 application support services regardless of delivery source.

4 year(s) of relevant experience in progressive roles managing IT operations quality control, process improvement, and compliance.

Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

  • Directing, motivating, delegating and empowering team members in the successful performance of their responsibilities across multiple offices;

  • Building and sustaining high performance culture for the team;

  • Managing relationships and expectations with PC lifecycle vendors;

  • Determining business-minded approaches and/or solutions to meet non standard PC business needs, with a focus on customer service and compliance mindset;

  • Driving the use of analytics to identify and execute on opportunities to improve the customer experience;

  • Driving the implementation of automations to improve customer experience and decrease manual efforts;

  • Driving continuous process improvements to facilitate a consistent and positive customer experience through process simplification, automation and issue elimination;

  • Managing teams to establish and confirm timely PC forecasts, PC refresh provisioning, repairs, leaver PC boxes, and disposals, and handling escalations if service level agreements are not being met;

  • Providing PC lifecycle budget oversight, coordinating annual budget planning activities, and performing monthly budget reconciliation;

  • Providing regular feedback to team and service providers and ensuring improvements are implemented;

  • Recovering relationships with stakeholders and customers after poor service delivery;

  • Seeking out customers to ask for service delivery feedback and suggestions;

  • Managing team to achieve key performance metrics;

  • Building relationships with stakeholders;

  • Coaching team members on career progression and delivering a great customer experience;

  • Participating in the human resources processes including hiring, annual performance reviews, and terminations;

  • Working with the other managers to execute our IT support strategy consistently; and,

  • Managing and delivering projects by developing the project team, assessing project engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions.
