Our Hospitality Client likes to think they are a community of friends serving friends. Together, they strive to nourish the growth and potential for each of the team members so they can do the same for each guest that walks into their kitchens.
We are currently seeking out team members that are positive, ambitious, collaborative, and have a relentless restlessness to innovate. This Client's teams have a passion for great food, a drive to win, and living life to the fullest.
Why people LOVE working for this company!
Growth- fast growing concept where we have amazing opportunities for everyone. Every one of our team members has a career path we share with them during the interview process.
Our Operating Partners have a path that within 4 years, they can reach the ultimate career path level---an Ownership Partner.
As an Ownership Partner, their bonus will include a portion of the profits of the restaurant they are running. Progressing through our career path is based on performance but we only hold our restaurant leaders accountable for the results they control 100%-- revenue, food cost, & labor cost. Most concepts show people the entire P&L and hold them accountable to the entire report. We believe in keeping our teams focused on the “big 3” (revenue, food, and labor) and not distracting them with other line items on the P&L such as their rent, utilities, etc. They don’t control the rent or utilities so we don’t hold them accountable for those things. Our career paths for our team members are a big selling point because they control 100% their own growth.
Because of our growth plans in the Midwest, we are also going to have great opportunity for successful leaders to grow into Multi-Unit roles.
Although these roles are more limited then the Ownership Partner role, we are very open with people that those will become available as we continue to grow in the Midwest.
Not everyone wants to be a Multi- Unit leader and I cannot guarantee that everyone will be given that opportunity, but I can guarantee that every leader can achieve Ownership Partner status.
Work Life Balance
Work life balance – stores close at 9 and 10 pm respectively; Not dealing with late night bar crowd; no alcohol.
We also have set schedules for all of our leaders which is a huge selling point for our teams. Our leaders know what their schedule will be indefinitely each week.
A major selling point of our set schedule is that we are CLOSED SUNDAYS. We are closed Sundays because we want our teams to be able to spend time with their families.
In our business, it’s rare that restaurant leaders get a true day off (your phone always rings) but we literally can turn our phones off on Saturdays.
The set schedule ends up being an approximately 46-47 hour work week for our Operating Partners.
