Quantifi, a leading provider of risk, analytics and trading solutions, is searching for an experienced CFO to join our growing team of professionals. Founded in 2002, Quantifi was started with the goal of delivering the same sophisticated risk management and analytics used by the largest banks to all market participants. Today we serve over 180 clients across 40 countries including 5 of the 6 largest global banks, 2 of the 3 largest asset managers, leading hedge funds, pension funds, insurers, brokers, clearing members, corporates and other financial institutions.

Working directly with the CEO and the executive management team, the CFO will have an active role in shaping the company's financial structure through our continued growth. The CFO will have a proven track record as a thought leader within a global financial software company. The successful candidate will partner with senior management in developing and implementing strategic plans that have both day-to-day and ongoing impact on company operations. This is a new role within our organization and we are looking for someone who possesses a deep understanding of current accounting practices and trends, has the ability to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources, is able to direct successful projects within the finance team.

• Develop, and implement the organization's finances and performance
• Responsible for cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company's financial strategy and hiring needs
• Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization
• Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management
• Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing compliance, and taking action
• Work with senior management to efficiently develop proposal budgets, provide access to project finance information, and manage contract compliance and reporting
• Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement
• Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
• Monitor performance with tracking, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting for the management team
• Manage and mentor the finance team

Skills and Qualifications
• Master's degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance
• 5 - 10 years' experience with global financial software company
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
• CPA required
