This Contract ER Staff Nurse will assess, prescribe, delegate, coordinate, and evaluate the nursing care provided. Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures. The Contract Emergency Department Nurse is responsible for the written Nursing Care Plan, acts as the patient advocate, and is responsible for the direction and supervision of any personnel assigned. The Emergency Services RN is responsible to the ER Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.

The RN Registered ED Nurse will be an employee of Clinical Management Consultants – One of the fastest growing healthcare staffing firms in the nation. The Registered Nurse of Emergency services will be on contract with the hospital for 13 weeks and remain an employee of CMC for the deration of that time. If the ER Staff Nurse wishes to continue contracting with CMC, then CMC will proudly provide more opportunities for new contracts.
