We are expanding into the Downtown Ft. Worth area and we are searching for an outgoing, caring person to join our team as a Lending Administrative Assistant. The Lending Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of secretarial, clerical and other duties relating to the loan function of the bank. The job functions are: Represent the Bank in a courteous and professional manner. Take loan applications, obtain credit reports and process credit denials according to regulations. Type memos, letters and reports. Greet customers and assist them with routine problems. Accepts loan payments and deposits. Screen incoming telephone calls and mail. Obtain the necessary documents and legal papers for loans. Call and write letters to past due customers. Produce loan documents and renewal loan documents in an accurate and timely manner. May be responsible for servicing loans, ie, payments, payoff quotes and forwards to lenders and/or clients. Maintain knowledge of banking products and services in order to cross-sell to customers. Image documents into electronic filing system. Work exception reports. Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures. Complete and pass all required regulatory compliance training as assigned. Perform other tasks which may be assigned by the Loan Officer. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year customer service experience. Minimum 1 year administrative/clerical experience. Minimum 1 year experience with computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
