Customer Service Representative


Our reputable company has several part time/full time customer service positions available that require, dependability, motivation and ability to work in a team atmosphere.

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, customer service experience (luxury brand experience a plus)

These positions are an excellent platform for one who is seeking growth and advancement within our firm.

The ideal candidate will be professional, positive and maintain a friendly attitude at all times.

Candidates will be successful at increasing customer satisfaction through customer engagement; resulting in customer confidence, retention and increased loyalty.

WE ARE AN OUTSOURCING CUSTOMER ACQUISITION FIRM! That means our clients hire us to provide a personal touch with customers that they can’t do themselves and don’t trust anyone else to do. Because our personal approach has proven to be so successful, we do not do any telemarketing or direct mail. We offer a salary or commission with bonuses available.

Customer Service Representative:


You must possess great people skills.

You must demonstrate excellent work ethic.

You must have a positive business attitude like the rest of our enthusiastic staff.

Superior customer service skills
Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Recent retail receptionist experience
Ability to work days, evenings and Saturdays
Polished/Professional personal appearance
