Patent Prosecution Associate or Technology Specialist (Materials Science & Chemical Engineering)

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Advanced degree in materials science, chemical engineering, or closely related field.
  2. Prior patent prosecution experience.
  3. Registration before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (preferred).
  4. Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Attorney candidates should also have the following:

  1. Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
  2. Ability to thrive when using analytical skills to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters.
  3. Enjoy communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
  4. Enthusiastic about working within a team-oriented environment and will contribute to effective team relationships.
