A busy company in the Florham Park area is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This Human Resources Business Partner will join a growing company who is looking to build out their team. This Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to support the company’s integrations process and provide support to the offices they manage.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide HR support and own the integrations process

Travel to newly acquired offices to deliver benefits/ADP training

Update employee information in ADP (deductions, personal information, direct deposits, etc.)

Ensure payroll accuracy weekly

Answer all inquiries regarding benefits and/or payroll

Advise on employee relations when needed

Act as main point of contact for HR related questions

Special projects as needed


This Human Resources Business Partner position is paying between $90,000 and $110,000 annually depending on experience. If interested in this Human Resources Business Partner position apply today! 

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field a plus

6+ years of business partner experience

Healthcare industry experience a plus

Knowledge of federal and state leaves (NY, NJ)

ADP familiarity a strongly preferred

Strong organization

Ability to multitask
