Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor #286888
Rate: $20.00/hr
Location: Menomonie, WI 54751
Duration: 1 year contract + possible extension and/or hire

Position Description: 
Work closely with Warehouse Superintendent and Lead Supervisor to ensure the following tasks/metrics are delivered...including but not limited to: Building safety and overall building organization/ cleanliness UAW relationships and application of the Ford-UAW national and local contracts Quality (error rate, denial rate, IB processing, inventory accuracy) Warehouse operations (manpower planning, LPMH, process adherence, PICS, accountability, grid time, OTD) Warehouse administration (customer satisfaction, overtime, absenteeism, ISO 14001 Environmental Compliance) Manage UAW hourly workforce responsible for all warehousing operations: Receiving, Stockkeeping, Replenishment,Picking, Inventory Control, Claims and Shipping.
- Responsible for delivering objectives related to safety, cleanliness, quality, cost and productivity.
- Interact with other salary employees, UAW and suppliers to deliver successful results.
- Carry out Company practice/policy in the areas of work standards, discipline, training and personnel administration.
- Encourage a positive working relationship with UAW employees and Leadership, including fair and equal administration of the contract
- Facilitate crew meetings.
- Prepare/maintain work related records as needed.
- Calculate daily labor hour requirements to ensure proper utilization of manpower (including any overtime and vacation)
- Lead CIP, safety, Ergo teams.
- Actively participate in all Continuous Improvement Process Teams
- Pro active, Self motivated.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions.
- Innovative and goal oriented individual.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Other Information: Must have the ability to work all hours of the operation.Shift flexibility and the ability to work long hours is expected.
