Customer Service Representative I

HollyFrontier Corporation Salt Lake City, UT Full-Time


Basic Function

Provides customer service support to consumers using credit cards and mobile apps.



Job Duties

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (functions considered essential as defined by ADA)

Motivated and committed individual with the ability to learn most required skills while on the job
Answers incoming phone calls
Provides daily customer service to individuals with questions regarding credit card account; including updating customer information, ordering additional & card replacements, adjust credit limits or close accounts
May obtain customer information to process payments on account
Communicates with other departments as necessary to coordinate service or assistance
Understanding of Mobile Payment app. Ability to communicate with consumers and assist to install, configure and use the product
   
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.



Experience

Experience in call center or at help desk interacting with external customers or service providers is preferred.



Education Level

A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.



Required Skills

Strong organizational skills, time management and multi-tasking.  Proficient with MS Office Products. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as basic understanding of computer use, basic reading skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with others.



Supervisory/Managerial Responsibility

None



Work Conditions

Hybrid schedule (home/office).  Subject to varying road and weather conditions.  Depending on assignment, some overtime may be required.



Physical Requirements

Job conditions require sitting, talking or hearing, making visual inspections, making precise finger and hand movements, reaching or grasping, and the ability to perceive color differences. Job conditions may require standing, walking twisting, stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
