How you will make an impact
- Manage and maintain all business/building information and licensing (new acquisitions and existing renewals prior to expiration)
- Manage the administration of company owned vehicles
- Assist Human Resources and training in managing certifications and miscellaneous communications
- Provide support to marketing, facilities, training and other departments as directed by supervisor
- Provide general hardware/computer program support for on-site meetings to both employees and external partners/vendors
- Manage internal/external communications by creating/proofreading communications, standard operating procedures, presentations, or other communications as directed
- Formatting, printing, sending communications, and/or organizing documents as needed to organize company information or as directed by supervisor
- Coordinate group travel for industry conferences, offsite board meetings, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience supporting an organization or a group of executives
- Excellent verbal, written, proofreading, and presentation skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
- Experience using and managing information on Microsoft OneDrive/SharePoint
- Skills needed to create systems to organize company information
- Ability to solve problems by identifying root cause and researching or testing solutions
- Experience managing projects or initiatives to completion
- A knack for creating professional business communications
- Independent judgment to handle issues as they arise
