TheCath Lab Charge Nurse will be working in conjunction with the Cardiovascular Services Nurse Manager, providing leadership to the unit. The Cath Lab Charge Nurse is responsible for scheduling procedures, managing operations within the unit, and implementing educational initiatives in the unit. Working alongside anElectrophysiology Assistant Nurse Manager in a high-volume lab, the Cath Lab Charge Nurse must be able to quickly assess, plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care as it relates to patient needs accurately.
