RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client is seeking a Junior Level 365 MS Dynamics CRM Developer. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager. Responsibilities:
  • Support and Administration of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system
  • Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle
  • Primarily responsible for working alongside a senior developer assisting in the maintenance, support, and development of all standard and custom aspects of our Dynamics 365 CRM system
  • Providing planning and support for the continuous uptime of the CRM system
  • Use CRM workflow technology to automate business processes
  • Maintain exiting custom code, and develop new code based on the business requirements
  • Preparation, designing, and executing approved configuration changes
  • Stay well-informed on updates and new releases in CRM technologies
  • Work with internal teams and clients to correct and improve functionality
  • Document existing development, and standardize documentation processes for all new development phases
  • Ensure software is up to date with latest technologies
  • Develop and maintain constructive, collaborative working relationships with other team members within the IT department and throughout the organization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of development experience with C#, JavaScript, and .NET
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; Developing custom aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus
  • SAAS, Azure - specifically B2C, WebApps, and Azure DevOps
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other platforms is plus; Integration using SSIS is a plus
  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Must be able to make presentations at meetings and train system users at all levels within the organization
  • Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Self-starter, strong work ethic, and the ability to individually drive initiatives through to completion
  • Passion and the ability to learn new technologies
  • Sound analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail is very important
