Our client is seeking a Part-time IT Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Schedule: 16-20 hours a week and we would like to work temp to perm. The hours would be spread out over the week
Location: Maitland - THIS WILL BE ONSITE.
REQUIRED:
• Relative IT experience especially with the Telecom piece.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Telecom
Project Site Internet and Voice Services
Research internet options for project offices.
Coordinate with Site Personnel to obtain project information. Create documentation to provide to providers regarding location, duration, services needed, pricing, contracts, etc.
Coordinate with IT Manager to get agreements completed and accounts in place.
Schedule installations.
Create detailed account records. Monitor accounts to ensure that the first bill for each location is received.
Monitor contract and renewal dates and coordinate with IT Manager as needed.
Cellular Services
Ordering, billing, setup, support
Place orders for cell phones, MiFi?s and accessories.
Maintain records relating to cellular devices.
Download and process invoices from cellular carriers. This is a very detailed process and requires a lot of attention to detail.
Maintain online portal.
Activate, setup and support cellular devices.
Phone System
Provide documentation on use of PBX desk phones to new employees, and give an overview.
Inventory
Create and maintain inventory records for hardware, software and accounts. This requires a lot of attention to detail.
Assist in the organization of inventory on hand.
Provide reports and inventory records required or requested by the Accounting Department.
Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support to the IT Department as needed.
Create Purchase Orders, and correspondence with vendors. Follow up on orders, returns, etc.
Prepare, and maintain step by step instructions and documentation provided for users regarding software, equipment, etc.

Pay: Should be around $20/hour but should you be requiring more please just let us know.
