Job Duties:

The primary role of the Unit Manager is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the unit/facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

• Compassion, professionalism, and strong communication and organizational skills
• 2-3 year(s) of experience as a supervisor in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina or active Multi-State License
