Grafana/Prometheus Expert job in Alpharetta at Synechron Inc.

Overview

As a Grafana/Prometheus Expert, you'll be part of a fast-paced environment where you'll use state-of-the-art technological solutions to craft automation that captures data from multiple sources. You will also focus on the observability and representation of critical, scalable business applications. You should have hands-on experience in Grafana/Prometheus and building observability dashboards, and be able to troubleshoot across different platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex architecture and applications
• Ensure observability of critical trading applications with enterprise-wide scalability
• Maintain application in permanent storage; design coherent and informative representations of the underlying data

Requirements

You are:

• Experienced with Grafana/Prometheus
• Highly experienced with PromQL
• Able to craft automation to capture data from multiple sources
• Equipped with 5+ years in a joint Application Development and support-related role
• Passionate about technology and consistently expanding your skills
• Able to craft graphics through tools such as Grafana
• Understanding of multiple approaches to data storage, such as Prometheus or NoSQL Databases, and experienced in analyzing sophisticated data sets
• Experienced in building observability dashboards for complex solutions
• Knowledgeable in visualization tools such as Grafana
• Equipped with Database experience - Time Series/SQL/NoSQL
• Experienced with monitoring tools for Application, Service, Infrastructure and Data Quality Monitoring
• Able to effectively troubleshoot across systems, network, and applications
