Part-time faculty members are needed to teach college-level Communication Studies and Theater courses at the Loudoun campus Salary is per credit hour and based on education and experience.
Teach college-level Communication Studies and Theater courses. Adjunct faculty are employed to teach up to 12 credit hours in the fall and spring semester and/or up to 10 credit hours during summer session. Teaching load is based upon student enrollment and staffing needs. Instruction may be during the day, evening, or weekend. Special Assignments
May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor. KSA's/Required Qualifications Classes maybe held during the day, evening or combination of both.
Excellent interpersonal and native or near-native oral and written Spanish skills.
Master’s Degree with a least 18 graduate semester hours in Speech, Communication Studies, or Speech Communication. Preferred Qualifications
Desired qualifications include having college-level teaching experience and/or relevant work experience as well as having the ability to use instructional technologies; Daytime, evening, and/or weekend availability. Operation of a State Vehicle No Supervises Employees No Required Travel
