We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Labor Department.
ADVANCEDRESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
Provide general administrative support to the Labor Managers.
Database management – Create and maintain new tracking systems (with Access and Excel) to simplify current filing and reporting process.
Maintain continuous communication with center managers in the state of AZ/NM.
Generate disciplinary letters and deliver to multiple channels using certified mail service.
Distribute necessary documents to local union and upper level managers.
Filing and organizing all Labor related documents.
Preparing presentations and gathering documents for labor cases.
Arranging departmental events and monthly meetings.
Maintaining supplies for team.
Other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent degree.
2-3 years experience in an administrative function required.
2-3 years experience that supports proficient use of Microsoft Office 97 (Access Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Candidates must possess the following skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient using Microsoft Office 97 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access) a must.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Great attention to detail skills is a must.
Ability to prepare various functions and events.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and coworkers
Ability to prioritize and organize daily tasks to meet all deadlines.
