The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support at the plant. Responsibilities may include drafting, composing, editing and preparing various correspondence, documents and reports, performing accounting/purchasing assistant duties, assisting in human resources and payroll administration and maintenance and organization of various files. Input and maintenance of plant statics records and reports and coordination of travel, tours and events
Ability to understand procedures and instructions specific to the area of assignment as would be acquired in four years of high school. Minimum five years office administration experience, with strong computer skills, to include both word processing, proficiency in the use of presentation and spread sheet programs is required. General knowledge of Human Resources practices is desirable. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Excellent organizational skills are required.
