Robert Half Finance Accounting is looking for an Office Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper for a full-time opportunity with well-known manufacturing company. The Office Manager will prepare journal entries, credit bank reconciliations, accounts payable receivables, purchasing. This role is also be responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure efficient operations. Role Responsibilities Accounting ? Accounts Payable: record and open new invoices into Quickbooks. Audit and reconcile account discrepancies. Process interdepartmental billings by journal/bill entry. Document expense report of credit card statements on Excel for A/P charting into Quickbooks. ? Accounts Receivable: collect checks and make bank deposits as needed. Records reconciliation of incoming payments. ? Credit/Account establishment and verification. ? Credit bank reconciliations ? Preparing Journal entries Administrative Human Resources ? Organize incoming personal bills and statements ? Recordkeeping, classifying, and indexing records ? Handling inquiries and requests for information from internal staff, arranging interviews (as needed) ? Sales, quoting, and customer service. ? Shipping (domestic international) using FedEx, DHL, or UPS per customer request ? Record management for licenses and policies. ? Process new customer purchase orders ? Inventory control and assistance to production department. Ensure that results are measured against standards. ? Purchasing and Receiving Management between customers and vendors ? Payroll: distribute and collect timesheets of staff. Job Requirements

Qualifications ? BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting preferred ? At least 5 years of Accounting experience ? Advanced user of Quickbooks is a must. Strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with Filemaker Pro is a plus. ? Bookkeeping experience preferred ? Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills ? Detail oriented, accurate and able to multitask in a dynamic environment ? Able to be self-directed
