Job Summary:

Support the finished goods shipping operation under the direction of the shipping manager

• Greet truck drivers, collect their pickup information, ensure proper refrigeration in trailers is correct, log them into computer systems, assign dock doors, enter shipment information into computer systems, produce bill of ladings, seal trailers when load is complete. Close out trucks in computer systems, housekeeping and other duties assigned by management.
• Occasional work in refrigerated warehouse & outdoors for trailer sealing.
• Must be detailed oriented with good communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.

• Must have good computer & phone skills, data entry ability and able to work weekends & holidays as necessary.
