Senior Product Manager

About the role
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Healthcare Management platform. In this role, you'll define and design key product features, ensuring they align with customer needs and technological advancements, while managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn customer requirements and industry trends into actionable product definitions. You will also streamline product release processes to ensure seamless execution and integration.
Your expertise in product lifecycle management and strategic decision-making will drive the success of our platform. Experience in healthcare environments and a strong understanding of security policies, procedures, and controls are essential, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client information.
What you'll do
- Manage and drive the overall product lifecycle for InfoMC's Incedo product and its extensions, from requirements definition through product retirement.
- Collaborate with technology and production staff to continuously enhance user experience and product functionality.
- Engage with InfoMC customers to ensure consistent product features, usability, and integration aligned with industry trends.
- Oversee release schedules and content to ensure timely and successful product launches.
- Manage BETA and Pre-release Programs to gather valuable feedback and improve product quality.
- Foster and maintain product partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration of InfoMC products with those of other organizations.
- Work closely with QA and development teams, integrating sales/customer expectations and communicating business features to business analysts.
- Provide mentorship to other team members to help them grow their skillsets
- Be able to be mentored by others to grow your skillsets
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with software in an environment where creating and refining the user experience is the main focus.
- Strong acumen and experience working in Care Coordination, or other Healthcare setting.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working with enterprise healthcare software applications.
- Extensive knowledge of HIPAA transactions preferred.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite and other related business software packages.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience translating analysis and consumer feedback into product development specifications.
- Experience in technology and Provider office/ facility management workflow.
- Excellent written and oral expression skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- 2+ years' experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Exposure and participation in sales process preferred.
- Be a self-starter who can take a task to completion with minimum supervision
- Able to work in a team environment in remote conditions
We'll be extra excited if you have:
- Health Plan or Accountable Care Organization industry experience preferred.
