Position Summary:
As a Banquet Setup Server at our prestigious private country club, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our discerning members and guests. Working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be integral to our service team, ensuring the flawless setup and execution of banquets, events, and special occasions.
Essential Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Service Excellence: Deliver impeccable service standards, embodying the club's commitment to excellence in every interaction with guests. Anticipate and fulfill members' needs promptly and courteously.
- Event Execution: Execute banquet events with precision, adhering to established service protocols and timelines. Collaborate closely with the banquet captain and team members to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain meticulous attention to detail in setup, presentation, and service execution, ensuring that each event reflects the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, chefs, and other team members to ensure smooth event operations and foster a positive, supportive work environment.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing guest needs, event dynamics, and operational priorities. Stay composed under pressure and maintain a positive, can-do attitude at all times.
- Closes stations
- Takes direction from Captains and Management.
- Checks out with Captain or Management before leaving.

Education & Work Experience Requirements:
- High School Graduated or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in similar setting preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold, and extreme heat.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience.
This is a part-time position eligible for our part-time benefit package such as:
