About the Role:
The Director of Customer Supply Chain will play a key role in optimizing network warehouse operations and logistics efficiency allowing TreeHouse to meet organizational growth and service targets. This role is responsible for developing, executing and implementation of key supply chain network, business unit, and customer optimization projects, processes, and systems across multiple sites. This person will oversee aspects of projects including scope development, timing, capital plans, business unit / customer communication, and monitoring status of progress ensuring completion on time within budget. It is critical that this individual possess the ability to influence and effectively engage cross functional teams at all levels of the organization (Operations/ Business Teams / Information Technology/ Sales/ Master Data Management/ Supply Chain/ Finance/ Leadership).
A successful candidate will influence our "network of the future" and allow TreeHouse to "Engage & Delight - One Customer at a Time."
* Responsible for process to onboard new projects, recommend prioritization, plan resources, manage projects and drive execution
* Developing and executing strategies for multiple, high-profile categories in support of achieving target customer service levels with minimum investment.
* Design the project status reporting and milestones structure that tracks progress and KPI's
* Actively participate in the annual forecasting and budgeting process
* Development and maintenance of on-going network supply and capacity plans.
* Integrate with the business, replenishment, warehousing, and manufacturing teams on the positioning and maintenance of finished goods and raw / packaging inventories, balancing customer fill rate, inventory carrying costs and optimal transportation.
* Collaborate with Supply Chain Management and Business teams to design processes and systemic solutions that provide visibility and drive value/results for the organization.
* Manage growth and development of internal and external talent.? Proactively manages key internal and external relationships.
* Generation and implementation of solutions that will further enhance customer satisfaction, increase operational effectiveness, and drive top line and bottom line (cost savings) growth.
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role with ability to travel domestically approximately up to 25%.
About You:

* Bachelor's Degree required.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or operations
* Must have working knowledge in the following Supply Chain related functions (Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory, Production, Transportation, and Warehousing)
* Solid understanding project management principles
* Understanding of Order to Cash lifecycle and impacts within the supply chain.
* Strong management and interpersonal skills with direct supervisory experience
* Strong leadership qualities
* Ability to build teams and influence at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to mentor/coach and provide opportunities for team members to learn and grow personally and professionally.
* Strong facilitation skills
* Experience analyzing and developing business unit, category, customer, or platform requests into executable recommendations.

* Strong presentation skills
* Ability to craft clear and convincing presentation materials.
