Creative Director
As the Creative Director at Moore, you will be a strategic creative lead overseeing the development of innovative, integrated fundraising campaigns for our clients with a focus on DRTV/CTV.
This client-facing position will have you developing strategy, writing creative concepts, pitching to our non-profit clients, supervising writers and designers, executing integrated campaigns, advising various agencies through creative audits, writing scripts, reviewing various stages of TV production, interviewing subjects, directing the occasional TV production and interfacing/collaborating with various agencies' teams

Your impact:
- Partner with creative teams to develop breakthrough fundraising ideas that are driven by insight, founded on strategy, and fuel growth for our clients
- Craft offer, messaging and strategy documents for clients that serve as the platform for integrated campaigns.
- Write concepts and scripts, oversee the development of DRTV & CTV products.
- Write creative materials to support DRTV fundraising efforts - includes DM/digital.
- Collaborate with specific teams across the enterprise to ensure that creative is driven on strategy, presented clearly, and makes for compelling content.
- Serve in a key client-facing role
Serve as a liaison between agencies, working directly with producers to ensure that strategic creative is delivered to our clients. - Be eager to partner with fellow creatives to work organically to ensure that inspiring, excellent strategies are delivered on schedule to clients.
Your Profile:
- 10 years' experience in fundraising creative development
- BA or 10 years' experience as a Creative Director.
- Demonstrated experience as a creative lead overseeing creative development of products across channels.
- DRTV/CTV experience is preferred
- Ability to work across teams of experts to deliver on-strategy campaigns.
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies is a huge bonus.
- Provide a portfolio to be considered.
