Responsibilities include: - Providing excellent quality customer service and do everything possible to resolve matter to caller satisfaction within client guidelines - Making outbound calls to customers on behalf of assigned clients - Adhere to company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements - Maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals Pay: $9.50/hr. + 1.00 perfect attendance bonus.
