Senior Data Analyst (HR10510)

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing and 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the analytical and technical services support enabling the DCS, G-2 to successfully collaborate in the assessment, evolution, and transformation of Army Military Intelligence (MI) systems, tools, capabilities, training, and policies within the Army IC. Services also include providing intelligence-related planning, programming, budgeting, execution and staff action communications in support of Army, Joint, Coalition commands and the National Intelligence Community.
This position will work alongside other Data Analysts and Intelligence Professionals to support Army intelligence policy, plans and programs necessary to collaborate in the assessment, evolution, and transformation of Army MI systems, tools, capabilities, training, and mutually supporting policies within the Army and Intelligence Community.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support and on occasion lead and manage the production of products in specific areas, including collection management, processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED), and Intelligence, Reconnaissance, and Surveillance (ISR) operations.
* Conduct or lead research, analysis, and evaluation efforts as well as conduct or research studies, analyses, assessments, and technical reports, which may include the use of existing documents, databases, models, architectures and simulations to develop finished Collection Management and/or PED products that are in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense/Joint/Intelligence Community standards and practices.
* Conduct research and draft executive summaries supporting multifaceted or critical problems.
* Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives.
* Develop structured analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
* Generate reports on Army and Joint Collection Management and PED, Army MI system capabilities and employment, ISR capabilities, Army PPBE process, Army Intelligence Planning and Operations, and Army Force Structure.
Required Skills
* Must have experience in preparation and presentation of briefings to senior leaders and other ARSTAF action officers.
* Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
* Ability to collaborate and work with other U.S. Army, Joint Staff, DOD or IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
* Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced.
* Must have superior written and oral communication skills.
* Active TS/SCI security clearance
Required Experience
* MA/MS degree in a related field and/or20+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst or collection manager on U.S. Army or DoD programs and projects that provide intelligence analysis, collection management, or targeting support with experience from Army tactical to strategic.
* Experience in collection management, targeting, PED, or ISR experience exploiting large, complex, spatial and temporal data as part of collection requirements management, collection operations management, targeting management, or ISR management to produce timely, relevant, and compliant CM/PED/ISR production.
* Experience as a staff action officer at the HQDA (DCS, G-2 preferred) or Joint (J-2 preferred) or OSD (OUSD (I&S) preferred) or a closely related DOD organization/agency.
* Experience with Foreign Disclosure process and the release of intelligence to and coalition partners.
* Knowledge of roles, missions and functions of Intelligence organizations, TRADOC, and Joint organizations.
Desired Qualifications
* Combat deployment experience as an Intelligence Officer/Warrant Officer
