Description

Are you an accomplished NJ attorney interested in resolving intricate tax challenges with the IRS and state taxing agencies? Are you looking to work (mostly) from home? If so, our New Jersey-based tax law firm has a remarkable opportunity for you. We seek a skilled attorney to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional tax solutions to individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities

•Manage a caseload of up to 150 tax controversy clients efficiently
•Collaborate effectively with Enrolled Agents and Legal Assistants to ensure optimal task allocation
•Provide timely responses to client inquiries within one business day
•Uphold commitments and meet deadlines consistently
•Achieve billing and collection goals of 1500 hours per year with support from the Billing Specialist

Qualifications

•Previous experience resolving tax controversy cases
•Master of Laws in Taxation
•Licensed in New Jersey and the United States Tax Court
•Tech-savvy
•Outgoing, energetic
