JOB SUMMARY This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including adult through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. All position duties are to be conducted under the supervision of an RN. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement/ Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED: Graduate of an LPN School of Nursing Excellent written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED: License/Certifications/Special Requirements: Possesses current state LPN license Pay Status: NON-EXEMPT HOURLY
