Phone Associate - Rancho Cordova, CA Kelly Services has Multiple Customer Service Representative openings for our client, one of California's leading health insurance providers, at their location in Rancho Cordova, CA. Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to members and if member is reached, transfer to a pharmacy technician to complete call.
• Research, identify, and verify member eligibility and identity.
• Route calls to appropriate resources.
• Enter data into different computer databases, document call information according to standard operating procedures.

Skills:

• Some knowledge of healthcare strongly preferred in a medical setting 
• Strong relational skills 
• Strong desire to resolve member issues
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork: sense of urgency to assist the team

Education/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Medical field experience
• Pharmacy field experience
• Call center experience
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal and professional skills
• Excellent phone skills
• Dual-monitor environment; must be able to type from touch 35 words per minute
• MS Word, Excel and Outlook skills required

Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• 8:00 am – 5:00 pm during training

Length of Contract:

• March 2020 – December 2020
