Location: West Point, PA, Remote*** East Coast Hours****
Contract: until 12/31/2021

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 5yrs experience leading large, cross-functional projects * 3-5 year experience working with formal project management tools (MS Project) and processes Preferred Qualifications: * PMP certification a plus. * Familiar with curriculum development and Learning Management Systems * Familiar with the pharmaceutical industry - manufacturing, and training programs (preferred, but not required) Remote*** East Coast Hours**** Manager prefers candidate that has longer tenure at jobs. (not a job hopper) Must have curriculum development and Learning Management Systems; PMP is a plus, must be flexible as things may shift quickly, must be easy to adapt, good communication skills must be proactive, excellent follow-up skills. will be working 2-3 projects at a time. * candidate will need to be able to do camera-ready Webex interview.

Responsibilities:
Simultaneously manage multiple short and long-term projects, in various stages by employing focused task management, creative problem-solving skills and tactical and strategic planning to keep projects on time and on budget * Ensure tactical execution of complex strategic initiatives that require an agile approach and swift decision making * Take ownership in all project issues with a hands-on approach to root cause analysis and problem resolution while leading team to fact-based decision making * Develop and maintain comprehensive and detailed project plans that summarize critical short and long-term tasks and deliverables * Coordinate all team efforts including team meetings * Maintain updated report-outs to communicate status of progress, challenges, and risk mitigation * Develop excellent working relationships with cross functional leadership and teams at all levels of the organization and facilitate interaction between these groups * Delegate authority and responsibility within the team, and other stakeholder organizations, across all manufacturing locations * Maintain an effective leadership style, using a variety of motivational techniques based upon the circumstances or individual Detailed Responsibilities/Deliverable: * Support and coordinate the roll-out (delivery/execution) of the MMD Programs * Develop and manage project plans for programs and coordinate planning activities with other Project Managers across multiple workstreams * Provide support to project and program leaders to drive execution of project plans * Manage interactions between Learning Partners, sites, and functions to help coordinate training * Interface with vendors which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills * Provide support for entering project updates into the GLD portfolio management tool (QuickBase) * Assist in budget development, forecasting, tracking and monitoring (spending analysis) for individual projects, including entering financial forecasts into QuickBase * Work with administrative staff to create purchase orders and approve invoices * Coordinate and manage curriculum development and enrollments in myLearning (LMS) * Assist in ensuring learning programs maintain process integrity and intent * Develop and manage project communications, GLD communications, agendas, PPT presentations, and material generation * Help to develop and maintain executive-level PowerPoint presentations that effectively "tell a story" with data and program information * Manage tracking of learning program metrics for regular reporting * Realization Indicators and Metrics
