Automotive Sales Manager
Due to recent increased growth and expansions our dealership is seeking a high energy experienced automotive sales manager with experience.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to Acquire, Merchandise new and used inventory while adhering to a strict turn policy as set by upper management. You must be able to communicate effectively with the GM and Service managers to get vehicles through the recon and inspection process as quickly as possible. As a sales manager you should be digitally savvy in all platforms pertaining to automotive retail.
A background in Maryland/D.C. markets is a plus. This position is for someone with a 'coach' type mentality that can apply those principals to the sales team to produce above average results. You will be responsible for training, teaching and leading a sales team. This includes keeping up to date with latest trends and technologies related to the auto industry and utilizing those trends to teach the sales staff how to set appointments and work a process to maximize gross. You will coordinate and participate in daily meetings, Weekly one on one's, and monthly performance reviews with the team. The ideal candidate will be able to use the CRM, Eleads, VAUTO and real time reports to track progress and report to the GM any needed adjustments to advertising and processes. You will be expected to lead from the floor not from a desk!

- 3-5 Years New/Pre-owned management (Top performers considered with proof of ability and results)
- Previous F&I
- Reynolds/E-leads/Dealer Track/CUDL
- Basic use of Excel/Google Sheets
- Auction Access
- Working daily with sales staff to handle leads and schedule appointments
- Desking New and Used
- Merchandising Pre-Owned
- Lead handling
- Reporting and planning with Executive Management regarding advertising strategies and department profitability
