Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Manager I, Talent Acquisition, will train, develop and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Partner(s). Leading by example, you will source and recruit top talent alongside your team as well as partner closely with your peers and their employees, Talent Acquisition Leadership, HR, hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business objectives, assess strategic hiring needs, develop selection criteria, create recruitment strategies to include diversity recruiting and manage searches through the recruitment life cycle to ensure the Talent Acquisition team consistently achieves its goals.

Must-haves:

• BA/BS in Related Field

• 7 - 10 years’ experience in full cycle Talent Acquisition to include strategic sourcing and recruitment of passive, senior level positions

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading, coaching and developing Talent Acquisition team member(s)

• Understanding of specialized recruiting programs (Military Recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.)

• Skilled at tracking and reporting on KPI’s designed to measure and predict team’s recruitment activity

• Staffing vendor management expertise

• Working knowledge of staffing standard operating procedures, guidelines and legal requirements as they apply to compliance in employment practices (OFCCP) and other government compliance standards

• Expertise in Applicant Tracking System(s) (ATS) and social recruitment tools

• Ability to lead and participate in TA/HR projects

• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:

• A&D industry experience

• Workday ATS and/or Beamery CRM

• Experience leading a geographically dispersed team
