Position is required to audit benefit parameters setup by Benefit Operations. In the audit process, the analyst compares RxCLAIM setup parameters to the Source of Truth, including checks to assure business critical details are setup properly. Analysts work complex audits, SMEs in many areas, support Jr. Analysts and provide input for SOPs. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills and is self-directed. Analyst will have advanced skillsets, able to analyze data and provide educated feedback to leaders on areas to improve processes.

Required Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma / GED required

  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience or demonstrated expertise with RxCLAIM benefit auditing

  • 2+ years of work experience using Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, analyzing data, and writing formulas)

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Quality Auditing experience

  • Government program such as Medicare, Medicaid or Medicare Advantage experience

  • 3+ years previous Benefit Audit RxCLAIM experience or demonstrated Subject Matter Expert in multiple Benefit Audit areas
