Our client started out as an online technology platform providing cleaning service on demand. Now they have expanded - providing handyman services. They are also selling cleaning products as well.
They need 3 Customer Service/Sales Coordinator for their STRATEGY division to help out for at least 6 to 8 weeks (if all goes well this can go much longer or indefinite)

Work with customers to kick-off their home repair projects
Execute projects that come in by calling contractors and arranging for them to complete home repair project
Record the status and manage the projects on an ongoing basis
Starting Date: ASAP
Job Duration: 6-8 weeks, with opportunity to extend based on need and good performance
Superior verbal communication skills - will be calling different members of our network to invite them to join a program as well as working with customers to coordinate their needs.
Sales skills: We need someone who can call up contractors with whom we have no relationship and arrange for them to fulfill outstanding jobs. This will require someone who can think on
their feet and understand why the contractors might be unwilling to complete the job.
Service skills: This person will be the sole point of contact for customers who are expecting high level service given that home repair projects are costly and stressful. This person should be
able to emphasize with the customers and make them feel taken care of and build trust in our program
Self-Disciplined - This role will receive training and then have a fair amount of autonomy throughout the day to complete their tasks. We need someone who can stay focused and on-task
even with little oversight
Attention to Detail - We will provide directions on how to complete the tasks, but they will be responsible for tracking the details of each project that come in through them and it will be vital
to be organized.
Adaptable to Change: As a startup, we make decisions and changes rather quickly. This means their tasks or focus for the day or week may change with little notice. We need someone
who does not get flustered by change and is open to expanding the types of tasks or responsibilities they have.
It is also important this individual is strong and comfortable using Mac and working within Google Suite.
